 Week Six - Day Five - I Belong to Something Amazing

Welcome to our ‘Born For This’ devotional. We are so excited to dig into what this means over the next few weeks, as we look at different people in the Bible who followed the plan God had for them. God has an amazing plan for you, too! He made you to be his special son or daughter, and He’s put so much precious gold inside of you to help you with His plan! We can thrive because we are born for this!

READ:

‘The First Church’ in the Beginners Bible (pages 480-483) or in Acts 2:42-47.

They sang songs and praised God together. 

The Bible says that when children sing, God’s enemies are silenced. Wow! That means your singing is super powerful! 

When we sing praises to God it reminds us to think about Him and everything He has done in our lives. We should always be grateful and thankful to God, because He is such a good God! 

We love to sing together, so we always have songs in our Kids events. We also love to praise Him by dancing! 

ASK:

What song would you like to sing to God today? 

Ask your big person to put some worship music on for you, so you can sing and dance to praise God today.

REMEMBER:

I praise you because you made me in an amazing and wonderful way.

What you have done is wonderful. I know this very well. (Psalm 139:14)

SAY:

I Can Thrive

With you in my life.

All you create,

Is wonderful and great. 

I will recall all you have done, 

The battles that have been won. 

I am fearless in my quest,

For I am Born for This.
