Does the peace of Jesus permeate your life?

Only through believing in Jesus’ finished work can one experience peace with God. Paul goes as far as to say the following about Jesus: “For He Himself is our peace” (Ephesians 2:14). Jesus often extended a greeting of peace when He appeared to His saints. Now that He is at the right hand of God, we are given the Holy Spirit, who brings us peace. The apostle writes, “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace” (Galatians 5:22), which the believer experiences when he walks with God. Also, sure footing is granted to the child of God who carries the peace of God to others. Paul pens, “having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace” (Ephesians 6:15).
