Day Six - God’s Way is Best

This week we are going to be looking at how ‘God’s Way is Best’! 

READ:

‘Jonah and the Big Fish’ in a Children’s Bible or Jonah 1:1 - 3:10

God always has a plan - God sent a big fish to swallow Jonah! 

The fish swallowed Jonah and he stayed inside the fish for 3 days and nights! 

Jonah asked God to forgive him and God did……..

ASK:

If Jonah had done things God’s way do you think he would have got into so much trouble? 

Jonah said sorry to God and asked for forgiveness - God forgave Jonah then made the Big Fish spit Jonah out onto dry land! 

God’s way is always the best way!  

REMEMBER:

Look at the new thing I am going to do.

It is already happening. Don’t you see it?

I will make a road in the desert.

I will make rivers in the dry land.

(Isaiah 43:19)

SAY:

Thank you Lord that you have created us all unique and wonderful.  

Help us to love you and everyone you have placed in our lives and 

to become more like you every day - in Jesus name - Amen.
