Day Two - God’s Way is Best

This week we are going to be looking at how ‘God’s Way is Best’!  

READ:

‘Jonah and the Big Fish’ in a Children’s Bible or Jonah 1:1 - 3:10

God gave Jonah a message for the people of Nineveh. 

God wanted Jonah to go and tell the people of Nineveh to stop doing bad things. 

God always wants the best for us all - remember God knows and sees all things - so God’s way is always the best way. 

ASK:

Why do you think Jonah didn’t want to go and give the people of Nineveh God’s message? 

Do you think that maybe Jonah had forgotten that God was with him?  

Do you know that God is with you always - even in the times when we feel a little wobbly - God is ALWAYS with us!  How awesome is that!!!! 

REMEMBER:

Look at the new thing I am going to do.

It is already happening. Don’t you see it?

I will make a road in the desert.

I will make rivers in the dry land.

(Isaiah 43:19)

SAY:

Thank you Lord that you have created us all unique and wonderful.  

Help us to love you and everyone you have placed in our lives and 

to become more like you every day - in Jesus name - Amen.
