Taking a deep breath and letting it out feels good and releases tension, even anxiety. You can do that when you come to the point of trusting in someone greater than you who can actually help your cause.

PRAY: Lord, my trust in you is growing and even when things are uncertain, I will not allow my mind to run to worry.

READ: Imagine sitting under the shade of a tree by a stream as you read these words from Jeremiah.

REFLECT: God says he will bless those who put their trust in him. What does trusting God look like to you? Focus on the imagery of the tree growing near a stream: how is the tree sustained through the different seasons and climatic conditions?

RESPOND: What would bearing fruit in every situation look like in your life?
