Day 5 | The God Who Is with Us

Oftentimes, we forget to acknowledge that our Heavenly Father is with us at all times. Much like a child who may be experiencing fear, when we remember our Heavenly Father is close by and there to protect us, fear leaves. God is already with you in the places where you are afraid, in the places where you need healing, freedom, joy, peace or whatever it is. He is the healer who loves you and has made a way. He has paid for the victory in your life. He is full of peace and full of joy, even in difficult times. All you need is to have eyes to see who He is for you. God says in Isaiah 41:10, “Fear not for I am with you.” It’s in this reminder where we get to choose Him over the fear we feel in the moment and acknowledge that the Lord of Lords, the Almighty God, is with us.

When you connect with God through Adoration, you get to exalt Him and praise Him for His nearness. As you exalt Him, every other spirit has to leave. Adoration is when we put all our focus on God, declaring there is no spirit welcome here but the Holy Spirit. Think of specific ways scripture reveals His character and be reminded that He is with you, and that He is high above! Then respond in worship! As you do this, You will be able to see Him and His hand at work to bring His kingdom, healing, and freedom in your life.

Prayer

Thank you Jesus for being so near to me! You are my healer, my deliverer, my joy, and my song. You are everything to me God! Everything I need is found in you!
