Welcome to the Following Jesus Bible Plan!

If you’re here, it’s very likely you’ve just made a decision to say YES to Jesus. You’ve clicked the link, and now you’re here, and you’re probably wondering, “What now?”

Over the next seven days, we will be unpacking what it means to be saved, who Jesus is, and where to go from here. But before anything else, CONGRATULATIONS! You’ve made the absolute best decision of your entire life. You’ve said yes to the gift of salvation. You’ve turned from your old way of living, of living for yourself, and turned to a new life led by Jesus. The Bible describes it as going from death to life, from lost to found, to be saved and born again. We couldn’t be more excited for you.

Here’s the thing for you to know today: salvation is only the beginning of our journey with Christ.

I want to encourage you to take some time to read and think about these Bible verses.

You might want to pray about it, write down your thoughts, or find a couple of minutes to sit and think about what Jesus is showing you about Himself. Maybe even put these scriptures in a place where you’ll see them regularly (on a notepad, your background on your phone, a poster in your room, etc.)

PRAYER:

Jesus, thank You that You came to earth, died for me and rose again! I pray over the next few days that I will better understand Your love and how you save me. Help me today to rest in your forgiveness and love. In Jesus' name, Amen.
