Most Likely to . . .Sample
Have you ever been super pumped to go out with friends and then at the last second they bail? It is super frustrating when someone bails on us. Maybe it was someone that didn't do their part of the group project, or you make plans with someone for them just to cancel last second, or maybe it was a parent that was supposed to show up to your game and they got caught up at work. It's hard to sit with the disappointment, frustration, and sadness of being bailed on.
These situations give us an opportunity — well, maybe two opportunities. One is to give people grace and understanding when they bail on us. Talk to them about why it hurt or was frustrating, but try to set something up again. Another is by being an example, having integrity, and making sure that we consistently show up to things and honor our commitments.
What are some ways you can show up for people? Maybe it is being present at a sibling's sporting event, showing up for a friend's concert, or even giving a helpful hand to our parents or teachers.
Being a leader isn’t easy, but one part of this is to continue to strive to be a person that demonstrates integrity. Today, reflect on the concept of integrity. Do you think you show integrity everyday, or have you bailed on others or made choices that negatively impacted others?

About this Plan
When you hear the word "leader," you might think about an influential celebrity, a famous politician, a coach, or your new class president. Great leaders don't have to have official positions, titles, or people who report to them. With God, being a great leader is something anyone can achieve because leadership is simply about becoming the kind of person who's worth following. But how?
