The Spirit

The Holy Spirit is the bringer of new life promised by Jesus when we accept Him as Lord and Saviour of our life. This new life is a day-by-day growth that He brings, and He doesn’t stop there. He blesses others through us. He does this through the gifts and abilities He bestows upon us. Will you ask Him for these gifts?

Use these verses to worship and adore Him for who He is, what He’s done, and ask Him to help you live a life that pleases Him and brings Him glory. Read the scriptures as prayers of worship, thanksgiving, and supplication, believing that there is power in every declaration.

Titus 3:5 NLT

he saved us, not because of the righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He washed away our sins, giving us a new birth and new life through the Holy Spirit

Luke 11:13 NLT

So if you sinful people know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him.”

After this prayer, the meeting place shook, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit. Then they preached the word of God with boldness.
