The Devotional to End All DevotionalsSample
As children of God, we glorify God best when we live in unity with one another for the shared purposes of illustrating the Gospel, which is the ultimate expression of God’s character, and proving it true by living lives transformed by the Holy Spirit we all share, Who is only present in our lives as a result of that Gospel.
Getting along with other imperfect human beings in various stages of spiritual transformation isn’t easy and takes discipline, but when we make God’s glory our first priority and choose to view the circumstances and challenges we face as opportunities to show others what God has done and can do in and through a group of imperfect human beings, it gets a little easier.
The more we endure with our faith in tact and the more we accomplish in cooperation with our brothers and sisters, the more curious outsiders will become. Their curiosity will give us the opportunity to share the Gospel and invite them to accept it. When they do, God’s family will grow and the number of people praising God for His divine perfection will increase. In the end, His glory is served, and that’s what this life is all about.

Thank God for the opportunity to glorify Him and grow His family through obedience and evangelism.
