The Bible is God’s message to man written down by human hands and is the ultimate authority on everything. 

The Bible, otherwise known as God’s Word or “the Law,” is absolute Truth. It does not contradict itself, and there are no mistakes (errors) in it. We know that the Bible is “inerrant” (without errors) because God is the author, and there are no mistakes in Him. He is perfect and trustworthy.

The Bible shows us what sin is so that those who don’t know Jesus will see their need for a Savior and so that those who believe can avoid sin, which makes them feel far away from God and makes them useless to Him.

Those who don’t know Jesus as their Savior have a hard time making sense of the Bible, but those who have the Holy Spirit inside of them are able to interpret what they read with His help.

Use one or more of the following methods to study today’s passages as appropriate and helpful: God Follower, Target, or CUT.
