Nothing can make God love us more and nothing can make God love us less.

God loved us first. Long before you were even born, God loved you. Thousands of years ago, God showed you His love for you by sending Jesus for you. Nothing we can say or do can change that. It’s already done; God already loves you. You can’t make God love you more by trying and trying to be perfect, and you can’t make Him love you less by the things you do wrong and the things you mess up. He’s still your number one fan. He’s the head of your cheerleading squad. He’s going to keep on loving you because He is God, and He is LOVE. Anytime you might choose to turn from Him and go our own way, He’s still there LOVING you. You can’t change God! He is love, and HE LOVES YOU no matter what.

God doesn’t give up on you when things get tough. You might be angry at God, blaming Him for something going on in your life...Guess what? He’s not going to give up on loving you. We might give up and quit on something or someone when the storms come, and it gets hard, but God’s love for you never quits.

God’s love NEVER FAILS. His love will never quit. Wherever you go, whatever you do, His love is there. His love never quits.
