Live Life Today!

Todays Challenge.

Has a dream, or something you've desired so much, possibly something you've been working on for a long time, recently shattered unexpectedly?

At this moment in my life, it truly feels like everything I've been working on, some of it for over ten years, is suddenly crashing against a rock and breaking apart.

After another such surprising piece of news reached me, I consciously withdrew. No, I didn't collapse, even though that would be a natural, or human, reaction to such information. I simply retreated.

You don't have to collapse either, because now more than ever, you should expect a miracle!

And, what I can only urge you to do is to open the Bible and let loud worship music play, to let the truth enter your heart. You need this truth louder than the doubts in your heart that scream in such moments: "See, now God is letting you fall."

And do you know what question God asked me in this moment? More accurately, it was a challenge that I clearly perceived:

"Déborah, I challenge you to believe!"

And there it was again! The truth we keep talking about: "You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free!" (John 8:32 ESV)

Yes, I realized in that moment that my dreams were completely outdated. That the dreams and desires I had just a few years ago wouldn't fit into my life today, so God had to clean up in my life to make room for the new, for MORE!

I also challenge you today to keep believing! Now more than ever, believe! Because when God "takes" something from you, it's always only to give you "more" and not "less"!

Paul confirms this with his words: "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:19 ESV)

I challenge you to believe that today.

You are a miracle!

Déborah
