Because Jesus Changes Everything - Everywhere we pray to Jesus.

In the passage today, Jesus tells a parable to show us the value of faithful persistence in our prayers. I don't know about you, but I personally struggle with persistent prayers. I have this mind-set that if I prayed it once, since God is big and great and all knowing, He doesn't need me to pester Him with my prayers. Yet, our faithful, Almighty Father welcomes our persistent prayers. As a matter of fact, there seems to be value in our persistence. As I think about this, I wonder if the value is not just in the source of prayers, but also in what the persistence does in our hearts?

As you think about this...don't forget the second parable Jesus shares...Jesus doesn't just care about the persistence of our prayers; the posture of our hearts is just as important...
