Joseph’s brothers had many reasons to dislike him. He was the second to youngest. Their dad was not quiet about how he loved Joseph the most. And then there were the dreams. Joseph dreamed that one day, he would rule over his entire family, even his parents. Can you believe this kid? Oh, yes, Joseph’s brothers hated him. But those dreams were part of God’s plan.

God has a plan for you, too. And maybe someone is laughing at you or hating you for that plan. Hold tight to God and see what he’ll do for you. It worked out very well for Joseph—and those angry brothers.
