God's Redemption Story (Genesis)

Ọjọ́ 13 nínú 25

Abram traveled with his wife, his nephew Lot, massive herds of animals, and all the people and stuff needed to care for them. If you’ve ever gone on vacation with extended family, you know where this story is going. Abram and Lot needed a little space. So Abram let Lot choose, and he naturally picked the pretty side with lots of room and food for his herds.

It probably seemed like a good idea then, but when Abram headed in the opposite direction, he received something far more valuable than green grass. Once again, God showed up and promised more descendants than he could count.

When life looks like a patch of dried weeds, let’s ask God if he plans for something better.
