Key Beliefs: Supporting Basic Beliefs

Jesus

Paul writes to remind us of the most important things Jesus did. He affirms that these events are true. If they were not true, the entire Christian faith becomes meaningless. Either all of it is true or none of it. Jesus’ resurrection is shown to be most important of all. His resurrection demonstrates His power over death and sin. It also assures us we will be resurrected to live for eternity with God.

Jesus’ resurrection is the most important event in human history! It eliminates the failures of our past, gives us power to overcome sin in the present and determines our future in heaven.
