The Proverbs 31 woman is a diligent wife in all aspects of her life. She cares for her husband, children, servants, and even the poor. She rises early, stays up late, planted a vineyard, and sewed her own clothes, her family's clothing, the tapestries, and even her own bedding! Wow! In the end what did she get for her labor? A prize, trophy, plaque, spa day, or a trip to Disney World? Nope! She received the praise of those around her declaring she is rare. A woman who is dedicated to her husband, children, and home will be noticed even by those outside her home as she goes about her business. Ultimately, it's her fear of God that makes her beautiful. May we grow more and more like the Proverbs 31 woman.
