It is so easy to go about our daily tasks, run our errands, cook our meals and spend time with family and friends forgetting that there is a whole other realm of life that we do not see. Whether we realize it or not we are engaged in spiritual battle. A battle that we cannot see with our eyes or touch with our hands. This war must be fought with weapons specially designed by God. These weapons are mighty and powerful and therefore we must study them, know how they work and what they are to be used for. This means we must engage our minds and as Paul says that we must “destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God”. In order to do this we must have a strong mind, one that knows what the truth is. Challenge yourself! Dig deep into God’s word, never be satisfied with the knowledge you have but strive to know God more every day.
