Praying Words of Wisdom From the BibleSample

My Redeemer Lives
"For I know that my Redeemer lives, and at the last he will stand upon the earth." (Job 19:25, ESV)
Prayer
Almighty God, you are sovereign Ruler. Your ways are higher than our ways. Your thoughts are higher than ours. We know that above all, You are good. When you permit heartache and difficulties to befall us, we know You are still God, and You are still good. Grant us faith like Job to trust you even in the valleys.
As stormy seasons force us to lean into You, we remember the gift of Your presence is a priceless treasure. Through bleakest moments, You orchestrate situations to bring forth Your shining glory and our ultimate good.
We thank You, Lord, for on the day Jesus died on the cross, what seemed to be the worst possible evil of all time became the best possible good of all time. In Your hands all things worked together for good. The One who died for our sins, rose again! Our Redeemer lives! Because He lives, we live, too! Oh what a Savior! In Jesus’ precious name, Amen.
