Sorry Not SorrySample
Do you ever stop and take a moment to revel in just how loved you are? I’m not talking about being loved by the people in your life (though I’m sure that they do love you very much!). I’m not even talking about being loved by a pet (one of the best loves to feel!). I mean waking up each day knowing that the Savior of the universe, the Son of the Most High, One of the three persons of the Trinity, died on the cross all for you to be free from any sin or shame. Yes, Jesus died specifically for you. Of course, most of us know all of this. We learned it in Sunday School, hear it mentioned in sermons each week, or even read about it during our daily time spent in the Word. But do you feel it? Do you wake up each morning knowing that you carry a love with you that is incomparable? When we ask Christ into our lives and hearts, we are fully forgiven of all wrongdoings. The weight is lifted, and we are made new. There is nowhere in heaven where those burdens that have weighed you down can find you.
What are some small signs or habits that you can put in place each day to remind you of this truth? It may be a phone alarm at the same time each day, a note written and placed by your front door or even the memorization of this verse. Whatever it is, try to remember the love and sacrifice of Jesus and what it means for you!

About this Plan
Forgiveness feels like something that we know we should do, but it isn’t always something we actually do. We all sometimes find it hard to live out forgiveness in our everyday lives. It’s hard to find a way to let go, but what if there is a way to let go and forgive? In this devotional, we’ll look at the way forgiveness can work in our lives to move us toward freedom for ourselves and others.
