We see evil all around us. Today’s news headlines horrify us. Darkness threatens to overwhelm us, but Jesus has overcome all wickedness. The world seems out of control; yet when we lift our eyes to Jesus, we find His perspective. Jesus willingly suffered and offered Himself as a sacrifice for us in order to restore our relationship with the Father.

In our chaotic world, we must respond by preparing, praying and keeping perspective. Jesus went to the cross for a great purpose. Let’s be faithful to the end, strengthened to be in the battle with perseverance until He calls us to heaven.
