The world looks different now to how it did three years ago. As weird as it sounds, thousands of people used to gather all over the world to cheer on sports teams, listen to rock bands, and worship in unity. These days, there are still places around the world where being together is difficult and sometimes dangerous. Many of us are pretty lonely and isolated.

Psalm 133:1 reminds us how good and pleasant it is for us to be together. While the world heals, we might have to redefine what it looks like to be together (like meeting online or in smaller groups of 2 or 3), but we can't settle for loneliness.

TeenStreet is a global ministry where our main focus is encouraging teenagers to meet in, and grow together in small groups. This is our focus because we agree with David! Something special happens when we are together. We grow in unity, understanding, compassion, and love for the people around us. We hear different perspectives and grow in understanding regarding what we really think or how we really see the world. We develop lifelong friendships that are committed to praying for one another and supporting each other through hard times, and celebrating with one another in the good times.
