Praying the Scripture Through LentSample
The Son
Jesus is the go-between, the mediator, the bridge between God and man. Without Him coming to earth, there would be no way for us to know God and to walk with Him. He did this so that we can have a new life in Him, one that is full of joy and purpose.
Use these verses to worship and adore Him for who He is, what He’s done, and ask Him to help you live a life that pleases Him and brings Him glory. Read the scriptures as prayers of worship, thanksgiving, and supplication, believing that there is power in every declaration.
1 Timothy 2:5 ESV
For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man[a] Christ Jesus,
John 1:14 NLT
So the Word became human[a] and made his home among us. He was full of unfailing love and faithfulness.[b] And we have seen his glory, the glory of the Father’s one and only Son.
Ephesians 2:10 AMP
For we are His workmanship [His own master work, a work of art], created in Christ Jesus [reborn from above—spiritually transformed, renewed, ready to be used] for good works, which God prepared [for us] beforehand [taking paths which He set], so that we would walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us].
