There are good things all around us. I love how God created this world and the things in this world. God wanted us to experience the goodness of his creation. Even during creation God said that it was good. Goodness can be found in many things. Today, we want to take some time to actually notice the good things all around us. We want you to slow down and experience the goodness around you. We also want you to experience and love the good things in your life.
Challenge: Today we want to do something a little different. Grab your favorite piece of fruit and eat it. What was it like? Was it good? What makes it good? What makes life good just like that piece of fruit? How is your life good? Are there any areas of your life that aren’t good? What are they and what do you need to do to change those areas? What else is good in this world? Go outside and look all around you and take some time to thank God for the good in your life.
Prayer: Dear God, thank you for the good things in my life. Please help me experience your goodness every day. AMEN.
