Peace is a word that you may hear a lot. There is even a symbol that is drawn that means peace but have you ever wondered what it really means or how you can truly experience peace? The amazing thing about God is that he offers us peace through a relationship with Jesus. Today we want to look into a Bible passage that teaches us what it is like to experience true peace.
Challenge: Today we want to challenge you to be a peacemaker. We would love for you to choose to bring peace wherever you go today. If your mom asks you to do something bring peace and simply do it. If your sibling annoys you choose to bring peace to the situation by letting him/her get to choose what to watch on tv. Be creative and watch what happens when you choose to live out peace today.
Prayer: Dear God, thank you for your peace. Please help me feel peace about _______________________ (share something with God that you are stressed about). Thank you for loving me and for helping me experience peace in my life. AMEN.
