Day Five – Overcoming Sex

Please remember that faith without works is dead (see James 2:17).

Make a list of scriptures to keep in your arsenal starting with the following suggestions: Hebrews 4:12, 2 Tim 3:16, Psalm 34:19, John 8:31-32

You have an enemy who does not want to see you abstain from sex before you are married, so he will do everything he can to tempt you, stop you, or find another way to encourage you to abandon your commitment. It is very important to keep this in mind!

But even so, “He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world” (1 John 4:4).

“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you” (1 Thess 5:16-18).
