Running With VisionIhe Atụ
Uniqueness
I am an early morning runner and because of that, I’ve seen plenty of sunrises. It’s amazing to me how different each of them is. Not one is the same. They are each unique and beautiful in their own way. From bright reds, to light blues, to dark oranges and everything in between. The detail and creativity God puts into every single one is so incredible. And He created you with even more detail and care. We each have special talents, gifts, and personalities. Not one of us is the same, which means only we can do what God created us to do. And it shouldn’t look like anyone else! Uniqueness is not something to run from, but something to embrace.
I saw this quote on a t-shirt at a conference and I fell in love the truth in it: “No one is me, and that is my strength.” Can you imagine what the world would be like if we each embraced our uniqueness and saw it as a strength and not a weakness? We can never be someone else better than they can, so either we spend our lives working hard trying to be someone else while accomplishing mediocrity, or we embrace who we are and accomplish what no one else can. God loves you, sees you, has chosen you, and given you a purpose only you can fulfill. Embrace your uniqueness and see yourself as God sees you!

God speaks to us in many different ways. As a runner, I get a unique perspective on the world and how He sees us. God is pursuing you in more ways than you can imagine, and He will speak to your heart the way he uniquely created you to understand.
