Have you ever had a special place just for you? Maybe it was a secret hideout, a blanket fort or a treehouse. Did you know that when God created people, He made a special place for us? It’s true! God created a beautiful garden called Eden just for you and me. He wanted us to spend time with Him there forever! He wanted to walk with us, to enjoy the flowers, and to be our friend. Secret hideouts are fun, but they are even more fun when you have a friend to share them with! God couldn’t wait to share His special garden with us. In fact, the whole reason He made it was to share it with us!

In The Enchanted Garden, two sisters, Maya and Everly, discover a secret garden, too. They slip through a loose fence board in their backyard and find a forest on the other side. In the forest, they discover the most beautiful garden, bursting with bright flowers. There they meet Clara, the garden fairy, and the Gardener, a great golden eagle. The Gardener tells the girls, “I created this place just for you” just like God did with the garden of Eden.
Wait a minute! If God created a beautiful garden for us, why aren’t we there with Him right now? Tomorrow, we will find out what went wrong.
