Easter Sunday: Resurrection of Jesus “He isn’t here! He is risen from the dead, just as He said would happen” (Matthew 28:6). Can you even imagine what the women must have felt and thought?! You know when something exhilarating happens: your face gets flush; your heart beats in your chest; your fingertips feel tingly. Is that how they felt? He. Is. Risen. Jesus died, rose again, and is living, i-n-g, ongoing. He is living, and we can have a relationship with Him because He surrendered His entire self. Praise be to God! “Hosanna! Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!” (John 12:13). Prayer: You did it. You gave all of Yourself for me, Jesus. Thank You for your sacrifice. Praise You for overcoming death!
