Taste and Seeનમૂનો

SEE THAT THE LORD IS GOOD
Today, we’re continuing our dive into Psalm 34:8. Not only can we taste the Lord’s goodness but the author, King David, commands the reader to also see that the Lord is good. Where else in Scripture are we encouraged to see? In Matthew 6, Jesus teaches to the crowds to “seek the Kingdom of God above all else”.
Sometimes God’s goodness cannot immediately be seen. Our situation seems too bad, too dark, too far gone. It may require action to see where and how God will make everything come together; to move past our own worries, our limited view point, our brokenness to see His plan unfold. We can seek through prayer, reading God’s Word, worship, reflecting on what God has done in our lives, serving others, the ways to encounter the Lord are endless!
The best part is that we’re given a promise that our seeking is never in vain. Scripture lists promise after promise that when we seek the Lord, we’re guaranteed to find Him. Our circumstance or situation may not change but we’re assured that God and his abounding goodness will be shown to us.
Application: Where are you seeing God’s goodness in your life? How can you further seek Him and His Kingdom?
