God's Best for Youનમૂનો
Where does your soul dwell?
Today, on the last day of our week together on the theme "God Wants the Best for You," I hope you can be truly convinced that He does. Once again, I'd like to highlight the verse about this that spoke so strongly to me personally. Let's work on changing our thinking because God really IS so very good to us!
"His soul will dwell in prosperity and goodness…" (Psalm 25:13, AMP).
What an amazing Bible verse! When we fear the Lord, we dwell in goodness. Yes, seeing your soul remain "in goodness" is the greatest proof that God means well with you!
But what does that mean exactly? Or rather…what doesn't it mean? It doesn't mean everything will always go smoothly and that consequently, you'll have peace. But it does mean that it can be well with your soul, even when storms rage in your life!
When I travel to Africa with my father, we often bring bags of rice and other gifts to those who need them. We're always very happy to be able to do good for the people there! But when we're not there, the people still have the same smiles on their lips—even though they're hungry! Why? Because they experience this peace, God's peace, that reaches the soul!
Your circumstances don't have to be the best to believe that God has your best interests at heart! Hopefully you can believe this now. Even red lights in your path are just there to protect you from something you can't see yet! Let's make these truths memorable today through prayer…"Jesus, I've been privileged to learn so much. I really want to trust that You want the best for me. Help me to see red lights not as obstacles but as protection and to continue to rely on You. I want my soul to dwell in Your goodness and peace, even when storms come my way. I believe You turn everything for the good! I want to be with You always, for You are my God. In Jesus' name, amen."
You are a miracle!
