ManifestHER Daily: Becoming Fully Committedનમૂનો
When I got married, I was still a perfectionist. I wanted everything done exactly right. Once I received the pictures, to my dismay, there was one curl stuck in my veil. All I could focus on was that one curl out of place! I couldn’t see the beautiful smiles of the people there.
Now, I can say thank God for growth! Because the second time I got married, the rain poured! My curls dropped. But this time, I saw the people and I saw the smiles. I had learned something that all perfectionists must learn. I had learned grace.
Today, let’s trade perfectionism for grace. If you’ve done your best, you have to let God handle the rest. You have to trust that the results that come from that are His will manifested.
Even Jesus gives us GRACE. We live under grace, and He saved us by grace. Because of His grace and salvation, you can now go through Jesus to come to the Father. Being able to go THROUGH Christ is such a blessing.
Due to God’s grace, it’s no longer about you or me being perfect; we can now go through Christ who IS perfect. Everything you do every day can go through Christ. Through Jesus’ ultimate grace, we who are imperfect can go through Him, The Perfect One. The results will be what they need to be for that moment and that time!
Let’s examine Philippians 4:13 for a new perspective on being able to do all things through Christ:
I can means I am empowered to
Do means Perform the necessary action
All things means The spiritual and practical work
Through means Come in one side and go out the other
Christ means The Anointed One (The One Who I go THROUGH)
When we put it all together, we create a powerful, memorable translation of what it means to go through Christ.
“I am empowered to perform the necessary action for my spiritual and practical work because I can come into the anointing (spiritual) before I go out into the world (practical).”
We come into the spiritual by dwelling in His presence. When we keep Christ at the center of our lives, it truly is the best way to show up daily!
