Have you ever faced something you knew was bigger than you could handle? Eventually we all do. Maybe it was having a sibling or parent pass away, saying “no” to a friend about something you knew wasn’t right, or dealing with the breakup of an important relationship. These moments allow us to see that we are not in control. They also give us an opportunity to lean into our faith. Even when it doesn’t feel like it, God is with us in those moments. 

Today, talk with your Small Group Leader or another trusted adult about where you might need God’s strength. Thank God for showing up in difficult situations in the past, and trust God to keep showing up every day.
