When we choose to trust Jesus despite our circumstances—turning our focus to God through the good and bad, our faith takes root. In the same way, trees stay standing on stormy days because the roots anchor them to the ground. When we choose to follow Jesus, our faith anchors us and we are able to persevere through any change.
Today, pray about how you can continue to grow strong roots in faith that will help you persevere through both the best and the challenging times.
