DAY 4

In this letter to the Romans, the Apostle Paul acknowledges the unexpected hardships, the suffering, and the corruption the believers were dealing with at that time.

Apostle Paul encourages them with these words of Romans 8:28.

This promise of God is true for those who love God and for those who are called according to His purpose!

If you've placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior and you love God, claim this verse today.

This verse is for you, no matter what you've been through.

Especially because of what you've been through!

Both happy and painful moments can show us God's goodness and grace. Though it might seem hard to believe, God CAN work everything together for good. Our good.

This is where our FAITH in a good God comes into play. We must TRUST in Him. We've got to trust and believe that He is able to do what His Word says for our life.

Now, this doesn't mean that everything in life will seem good and easy or that everything will work out the way WE hope.

Let God the creator of all handle it for us. He knows what is best for us.

Even though we live in a broken messy world as believers we can REST in confidence knowing that the Holy Spirit is at work in our lives interceding on our behalf.

One day...we will see the complete picture He is painting in our lives. And it will be a beautiful one at that!

Nothing we go through is wasted.

EVERYTHING you surrender to God, everything you allow Him to have control and have a say in your life will never be wasted.

Every setback sent by the enemy can be used by God as a SETUP for His purpose for your life.

It's because of the unexpected hardships and the suffering in our life that we as children of the King can see God's sovereignty in our life story.

It's because of the trials and tribulations that we can know and experience God's love in a deeper more intimate way.

It's because of our faith that we choose to believe in God and His Word for our life that we can see how God is working it all out for our good. Piece by piece.

Nothing is impossible with God.

Everything you've been through up to this very point God can work it out for your good, and in turn you can share your testimony with all you come into contact with.

If you are in a hard season right now or maybe it seems like you've been dealt a hard life, know that God is there with you in the trenches and everything you go through can be turned around for your good.

Allow God into every part of your life and you will see in God's perfect timing HOW He put all the pieces together for you and your family line.

Be at REST knowing God's working it all out!

DECLARATION

I surrender every piece of my life to God. The good, the bad, and the ugly. All the pain, shame, and guilt I roll all of it over to you and in return I claim the promise of Romans 8:28 in my life! In Jesus' name. Amen.
