HOW BEAUTIFUL IT IS TO LIVE IN HARMONY
There are a lot of believers who give a reason they do not attend church service or church meeting anymore: they have a dispute or disagreement with fellow believer. They do not realize that by doing so they have neglected the meetings or fellowship with spiritual families.
It is actually not a big deal to settle the dispute or disagreement. Whether we have to forgive someone who did wrong to us, or we seek forgiveness from someone for the mistakes we have done. Maybe we can do something to improve the situation in order to get peace and harmony in the relationship.
Matthew 5:24 offers a series of actions that have to be done for restoration. These actions are for our own interest so that our prayers and petitions will not be in vain and left unanswered by God.
Be angry, and yet do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger (Ephesians 4:26 NASB). This should be our prayer each night before we sleep.
Be quick to make peace with your neighbors. Hell is a jail for everyone, alive or dead, in indignation and wrath to those who are self-seeking and do not obey truth (Romans 2:8). From that eternal jail there is no salvation, redemption, or way out, forever.
How beautiful it is when there is peace in our families and communities because of God’s PRESENCE in the midst of us.
