It’s said that Leonardo da Vinci took 12 years just to paint the lips of the famous Mona Lisa painting. A painter may take hours, days, or years to make a painting. Layer by layer, color by color, masterful stroke by masterful stroke. They know all about their creation. They know every tiny detail.
You’re God’s masterpiece. He made you; He painted every stroke by hand and chose every color. He created every part of you. God knows everything there is to know about you.
The Bible says that God has looked right into our hearts and knows all about us. He knows what we will say before we even say it. God knows everything about you and is with you always. We praise God because we are fearfully and wonderfully made.
We praise God because he made us! We draw near to God as we praise Him, we grow closer and closer to our heavenly creator. I praise God for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
