Guardians Of Ancora Bible Plan: Ancora Kids Hear From AngelsÀpẹrẹ
ISAIAH HEARS FROM GOD
Do you make promises? Do you keep them?
God made lots of promises about Jesus. In this Bible plan, we’re going to find out how he kept them.
One of God’s long-ago messengers, at least 600 years before Jesus was born, was a man named Isaiah. It was his job to write down God’s promises, or “prophecies.” How do you think he knew what to write?
In chapter 7, Isaiah wrote about a baby who would be born. A very special baby. A boy known as “Immanuel.” It means “God is with us.”
Isaiah didn’t say what the boy would look like, but he did write about his character.
How many names and titles for Jesus can you find in the verses you’ve read today?
Which of these names is most important to you? Why?
Remember to do the next day of this plan to see how God kept his promises.

In this three-day plan, children will discover how God keeps his promises through the centuries. Those promises were told to the prophets, to Mary and Joseph and now to us. The messages point to a wonderful arrival and the time of “God with us”: Jesus. The plan complements the free children’s game app Guardians of Ancora.
