You Are Redeemed!

Isaiah 63:9b

In His love and mercy He redeemed them; He lifted them up and carried them all the days of old.

When you play at Timezone, you have to work hard to win the games so that you will get lots of tickets. Those tickets can be used for redeeming prizes. The more tickets you get, the better prizes you can redeem. To redeem is to gain or regain something in exchange for payment.

You and I are redeemed by the blood of Jesus. It was made possible because Jesus died on the cross for us. Only by doing this, could God redeem us from sins and eternal death. Redemption can only be accomplished by God alone. No mere man can do it.

Just like you protect and keep your Timezone tickets carefully so that you won’t lose them, let’s keep our faith in God carefully until we see Him face to face.

Prayer

Dear God, thank You for the eternal redemption. Let me live my life with a steadfast faith and a heart full of thankfulness for Your kindness. Amen.
