How Christian Leaders Experience Great Outcomes?Àpẹrẹ
LESSONS FOR CHRISTIAN LEADERS
Jesus provided the leadership, while the team of disciples followed the directions provided by Jesus to feed several thousands, who came to hear Jesus Christ. The team of disciples worked and accomplished much more than what they could have done without the leadership and participation of Jesus Christ.
As a Christian leader, you work under the leadership of Jesus Christ; you can accomplish a lot more working with Jesus Christ as your leader just as we saw it unfold in the above passage. These are some lessons for leaders:
1. When Jesus noticed a problem or need, he responded to it with compassion and addressed the problem.
2. The disciples too, when they saw a need, they tried to address it.
3. Jesus asked his team of disciples to collect information on how much food was available among them.
4. Once the disciples did their part by gathering the small amount of food available there, Jesus was able to perform a miracle to feed several thousand people.
5. Jesus provided direction to the team of disciples to organize the crowd to distribute the food in an orderly manner.
6. Jesus was the leader, and the team of disciples by working under his leadership, saw a great outcome that was beyond their dreams.
7. The disciples wanted the people to have a meal, Jesus helped them accomplish it.
8. The disciples gave up their own solution and accepted the solution Jesus offered.
If God has given you the gifts to be a Christian leader with a heart to serve others with compassion, learn to follow Christ’s lead just as the disciples did, if you want to experience great outcomes.
