Hezekiah installs full worship and removes all idols. Isaiah predicts Assyria will pass through Moab and that Judah will refuse Moabites asylum. In 724 BC Assyria – on finding the Northern Kingdom turning to Egypt – overruns her, wastes the land and besieges Samaria. In 721 BC the Northern Kingdom falls and many are exiled.
