God cares for each and every one of us. At times it seems impossible that the One who created all things and presides over all that exists could be affected in any way by me or my life choices. These verses will tell us that there is a Heavenly celebration any time a person repents of their sin. If we were to look at other passages, we would see that this is not the only action we take that pleases God; we can do it every day of our lives!  Each day is going to provide us opportunities to serve God, glorify Him, and make Him known in the world around us. Make sure to seize those chances as they come. God made us, gave us purpose, and provided the path to salvation when we did nothing to deserve it. Let us honor those gifts and bring Him joy as best we can today.
