Finding And Living Out Your PurposeНамуна
The Purpose Of Your Story
The apostle Peter tells his audience that they are called to sing the praises of the ONE who called them out of darkness into light. If you had to meet someone for the first time, and they asked you about yourself or what your story was, what would you tell them? Would you tell them what God did for you, how He rescued you from a pit of hopelessness or misery and brought you to a place of unexplainable joy and wonder? Each of our stories are inexplicably intertwined with God’s big plan of salvation for the whole world. Our role may be to share our story of salvation from mega-sized platforms or the inconspicuous spaces of an airplane seat or a doctor’s waiting room. No matter where we find ourselves our purpose is to share our God-story with others so that they will see God for who he has been and who he can be for them. We don’t need to be supremely articulate or wordy to get our story across. We can share our story in our trademark way with no fuss trusting God to speak through us and touch others. Would you spend some time today thinking of your story and seeing God’s fingerprints in it? Could you practice putting it into words so that the next time an opportunity opens up, you are ready to spill the beans!
Prayer:
Dear Lord, I pray that you will use my story for your glory. Teach me how to share it so that people can experience and understand your immense love and power. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

About this Plan
Are you feeling purposeless in life? Do you think you were made for more? This Bible plan is meant to connect you to your Maker, the only one who truly knows your purpose. Once connected to Him, He begins to use us in ways we may never have dreamed of and with a passion we didn’t know we were capable of until then.
