Bible in 90 Days (B90)Sample
Day 27 • Summary • 2 Kings 10–20
In the north, all of Israel’s 20 kings do evil in the eyes of the LORD. When Hoshea refused to pay tribute to Assyria, they captured his capital, Samaria, deported many of its residents, and resettled the land with people from other conquered territories. In the south, godly king Hezekiah and the prophet Isaiah led the nation in a prayer for deliverance, to which God responded by dramatically striking down the attacking Assyrian army.
