May your church fear and respect you as the one and only ruler of this universe. We want to see your church grow in maturity and in number as lives turn from death to life. We want to see your kingdom extended and your will done. May your church exist as salt and light for the benefit of its non-members - a witness to those who have eyes to see. May your church act in ways that transform all aspects of society. Amen ## Journal Exercise Name three people whom you think God might be setting apart for a full or part-time ministry of the word of God. Write a prayer asking God to show them whether they should consider it or not. Pray that God will create Christian fellowships, congregations and churches, faithfully obeying God's word 'in all the world. ## A Challenging Prayer Pray that God's people will be in submission to the Lord Jesus Christ and his command to make disciples of all nations by: Enabling local churches to expand numerically equipping and nurturing their members, and becoming the mother churches of as many fellowships and congregations as possible, and taking further initiatives to create fellowships beyond the reach of the local church by penetrating structures of society with the gospel.
