Armed With Strength

God is the Creator. He made the mountains and set the seas in their place. The farthest reaches of our galaxy can’t contain his love and power. He is stronger than the force of gravity on the earth. He can do anything he sets his mind to, for he made this whole world with his imagination and breath.

The same God who created the earth and set it in motion is the God who persistently pursues you with his unrelenting love that heals and restores. God is armed with strength, and he can make mountains and cast them into the sea. Trust him with your life and follow him in obedience, and his power will not fail you. He is great and greatly to be praised.

Mighty God, it is difficult to imagine your power. When I look at creation and feel the brevity of my life, I am awed by your majesty. I am but a grain of sand in the scope of your creation. Thank you for thinking of me still and loving me to life.
