PRAY   Lord, when I face pressures and “trials” for my faith, help me to be strong and faithful to You.

READ   John 18

REFLECT   What do you think Peter was thinking that night? Have you ever been in a situation like that? Have you faced pressures to “deny” Jesus? What does it mean to deny him today? 

APPLY   Imagine you were in this story. What pressures would you feel?  Would you defend Jesus? How? What you would say to the religious leaders and to Pilate?

PRAY  Thank God that, unlike Pilate, you know what truth is and that you know where to find it.
