So Be ItSample
The Journey with Christ is one of mountains and valleys, ups and downs. It’s more like a roller coaster ride then a train ride. We struggle sometimes to maintain our faith, and that is why Jesus told Simon Peter that he prayed for him that his faith may not fail. Did you know that Jesus is praying for you? Our Lord and Savior is interceding on our behalf. This is great news! We can also follow Jesus’ example and pray for our community around us, that their faith may not fail. Who is in your life right now whose faith is in a valley? How could you pray for them and encourage them before our Father in heaven?
Jesus, thank you for always interceding for us like you did for Simon Peter. I am encouraged that you are always going to the Father on my behalf. Heavenly Father, thank you for sending your Son Jesus to be my Savior. Give me the ability to continue having faith, even in the valleys. I pray for my friends and family who are struggling to keep the faith, and I ask that through your Holy Spirit, their faith may not fail. In your name, Amen and So Be It.
