Anything GoesSample

Think about joining a team or club at school. You don't usually start as team captain or club president. No, you begin by showing up consistently, learning the basics, and proving you can handle smaller responsibilities first. Life works similarly. Freedom isn't given to us all at once; it's earned over time as we grow. The more consistently responsible we are, the more we’ll be trusted with along the way. Jesus taught us that reliability in small things leads to being trusted with bigger things. It's not about proving ourselves worthy or trying to earn it. It's about growing into someone who can handle more freedom responsibly.
Today, talk to a parent or trusted adult about one area where you'd like more freedom. Ask them what specific responsibilities you could practice consistently to help you grow closer to being ready for it.
